A lot of protein ball recipes are sweetened with dates, which are not to everyone’s liking so I took on the challenge to make protein balls without dates and ended up with these amazingly fudgy balls of health & happiness! Having adequate good clean sources of protein in our diet is vital for growth and repair as well as balancing our blood sugar. 1 Cup Almonds
3/4 Cup Almond Meal
1/4 cup Protein Supplies Australia Vanilla Pea Pro
A little over 1/2 a cup Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Power Super Foods Cacao Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Raw Honey or Coconut Nectar
2 Tablespoons Nakula Coconut Oil

Whiz all ingredients into a food processor and roll into balls. Refrigerate until firm.
You can add in dessicated coconut, goji berries and cacao nibs for extra texture
